Instruction: glue is applied in a thin layer on plastic, cardboard and other substrates made of smooth material.

To catch mice, a substrate of at least 15×15 cm in size is used; the width of the adhesive strip is 3-4 cm, there should be a distance of 3-4 cm between the strips. To catch rats, the substrate must be stable, measuring 25×20 cm; the width of the adhesive strip is 4-6 cm, between the strips 4-6 cm.

In order to attract rodents, food bait is placed in the center of the substrate (bread fried in vegetable oil, sausage, cheese, lard, etc.). Lay the substrate under shelters or in special containers (drainage pipes, trays, boxes, etc.) along walls, partitions, near burrows, on the upper shelves of racks, furniture.

The distance between the substrates with glue is 3-10 m, depending on the clutter of the premises and the number of rodents. On a substrate of 15×15 cm in size, the glue consumption is 12 g, and on a substrate of 25×20 cm in size — 30 g. To combat rats, glue is also applied to a plastic film. A rat, falling on such a substrate, is «wrapped» in a film with glue and securely fixed.

Attention! For easy and complete removal of the adhesive from the tube, as well as its easy and uniform distribution on the substrate, before using the tube with a closed cap, it must be placed in hot water (t 55-60 °C) for about 5 minutes. The characteristics of the glue do not deteriorate because of this operation. When cooling down, the glue on the substrate completely restores its catching qualities.
